Email + Applications
JR Construction uses Google Workspace for email and MaintainX to track jobs in progress. Kane comes with a Google connector and we built a MaintainX connector.
Kane uses the user's own credentials to access Google and MaintainX, so Kane can only see what the user can see.
With those tools, Kane figures out on its own how to find answers to questions.
In this demo, we see that:
- In 90 seconds we can get a status report from MaintainX.
- Kane is smart enough to narrow down the results by address.
- There are at least 5 client work orders that haven't been entered by the staff. That's a gap Simplify will help close with automations.
Also Notice: Kane proactively looked up the name of the building super and manager without being asked because it anticipated that we'd need that information for the meeting. Kane organized everything into a format that could be read from a phone on site.

Liz is on site reviewing the work that needs to be done with her team. Kane gives her accurate information immediately — no prep time needed, no meeting interruptions to look anything up.
Near the end of the video, someone asks if they're going to install a microwave over the stove. In less than 30 seconds Liz has the answer: not on this job.
